Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and global pop star Taylor Swift did not attend the Met Gala in New York City on Monday night because their schedules reportedly wouldn't allow it. According to TMZ Sports, Kelce and Swift were invited to the event, but scheduling conflicts prevented them from attending.

Swift and Kelce were first linked in 2023 and sparked a media frenzy by frequently being seen together. Since then, the 14-time Grammy winner has become a fixture at Chiefs games over the past two seasons. Despite the team’s major loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, which ended their hopes for a three-peat, Kelce has vowed to return to the field.
